DONATION REQUESTS

Great Harvest Tyler takes pride in giving generously to our community. While we desire to help everyone we can, unfortunately we are unable to fulfil the significant number of requests we receive. Please complete the following form, keeping in mind the guidelines below, and if we're able to support your cause we will reach out to you. Please keep in mind our donation requests often fill up months in advance.

Donation Limitation

• GH Tyler does not make financial contributions.

• GH Tyler donation requests must be for products (baked goods, lunch, gift certificates or auction baskets).

• GH Tyler does not donate to individuals.

• All donation requests must be made atleast 60 days prior to the event.

• Donations are limited to 2 per organization per year.

• No in person solicitations will be allowed. All requests must be submitted via this form.
